You will not find choreographed work outs repeated each week at Landete Health! No class will ever be the same and you can expect to learn how to use a variety of training methods from TRX, kettle bells, battle ropes, swiss balls to boxing, kick pads, flipping tyres, cardio, body weight work outs and more. Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels and run by expert, qualified trainers who know how to motivate you and push you to your limits whilst keeping the classes fun and achievable.
