Post Natal Fitness Program

Landete Health provides a great 6 week fitness program to help get you back into shape after having a baby and have fun doing it! Small classes of 3 – 5 women mean you get one on one attention and can ease back into exercise slowly and safely. You will receive excellent fitness training, nutritional guidance, motivation and support. We also provide on site babysitter in the same room so your little ones are never out of sight.
It takes 9 months to create a life so getting back into shape after having a baby should be done gradually and carefully. Our 6 week courses are designed specifically for new mums wanting to gradually increase cardiovascular fitness, improve core strength and tone up the rest of the body.
