Personal Training for Pregnancy
Our goal is to provide Mums on the coast with a welcoming, supportive space where they can come to be active and healthy, learn how to look after themselves pre and post baby and meet other mums and their children.
Landete Health is providing a great 6 week fitness program to help mums ease back into exercise slowly and safely after having baby. You will receive excellent fitness training, nutrition guidance and loads of motivation to help you improve both your physical and mental wellbeing.

In 2016 we launched our brand new 12 week mums & bubs membership as sometimes its just not possible for women with little ones to utilise a full gym membership and make classes during regular hours.
