TIME: 20 MINUTES
AIM: cardio/core
Go out to a park,oval or running track , if at home and have a treadmill you can do this indoors.
-Perform 400 mtr run (or walk)
-20 x sit up
-20 x leg raises
-20 x crunch
-20 x cycles
Try and get out as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes with NO rest.
KEEP THE INTENSITY HIGH GUYS YOU WANT TO SWEAT IN THIS ONE!!!!
