It has been a while since we have connected with you all via the website as it has been a very big few months for Landete Health.
Like so many small businesses – the last two years have been incredibly difficult and stressful to navigate so when the lease on the Erina gym came to an end in November last year we made the difficult decision not to renew it and to leave the space we have called our Landete Health home for the past six years. It was not an easy decision to make, but it felt like the smartest decision so that we could evolve and operate in new ways in the current climate.
After all Landete Health is so much more than a building! We are a family, a community, friends and a holistic based family business that is so passionate about supporting and improving the health and wellbeing of the community and will continue to operate – just a little differently. We want to thank every person who ever set foot inside the Erina gym for all your onging support and for being a part of something we are just so proud of and we cannot wait to connect with you in new ways in the future.
We are super proud of Les who is currently doing his Masters of Exercise Physiology and know this qualification will only add to the amazing health and fitness services he already provides to the Central Coast.
So whilst he is studying, Les is currently offering mobile Personal Training services and we have been blown away by the response to this and thankyou from the bottom of our hearts! Les offers PT sessions at your home, outdoors and even at your workplace so please reach out if you are interested!

We are also very proud of Kate who has found a new home for Kate Landete Counselling at a brand new wellness centre in Terrigal that opened in December as part of the Meraki Wellness Centre so you can still connect with her for all things mental and emotional support.
