Back to it guys, good food and drinks aside now 😉 try this out instead:

10 mins of body weight circuit:

– 5 x pull ups
– 10 x push ups
– 15 x squats
– 20 x sit ups
– 200 meter sprint

Rest 2 mins then finish with 27 burpees !!
IF YOU CANT DO A PULL UP replace with 10 jumping knee tucks
