HILL RUN!

Find a moderate to hard hill approx up to 100 meters in length

AIM: run 10 x rounds

1. walk up and down
2. jog – slow walk down
3. jog slow /jog down
4. jog med pace /jog med pace back
5. run fast pace/jog down

REST 2 mins then repeat

Add 2 slow rounds walking up and down to cool down followed by a 5 to 10 min stretch down .
