Run 600 m fast pace followed by:

– 40 x squat jumps
– 40 x anchored sit ups

Sprint 400 m

– 30 x squat jumps
– 30 x anchored sit ups

NO REST, CONSTANT MOVEMENT, KEEP INTENSITY HIGH!!
