We are so very excited to now be offering counselling and wellbeing coaching from our beautiful new space within Landete Health in Erina with Kate. Kate is a qualified counsellor and coach with a Bachelor of Counselling and Coaching from the Australian College of Applied Pyschology in Sydney. She currently offers one on one and group counselling and coaching to men, women and young people to not only support people experiencing symptoms of mental health concerns such as depression and anxiety but also common issues such as stress, overwhelm, emotional regulation and simply feeling stuck and unsure how to set and achieve goals or strategies to improve their quality of life.
Kates professional, confidential and non judgmental counselling services are now offered from within her private room at Landete Health, online via zoom (like skype), over the phone and at home visits on the Central Coast.
