As the weird year that 2020 has been draws to a close we want to thank you all again for supporting our small business through the challenges we have faced this year. It has been a tough year for so many and we are firm believers in the benefits that physical exercise can have on mental and emotional health so it has been our privilege to support you through fitness and keeping you connected to our fitness community
We are taking a short break and will be back bigger and better than ever from the 4th January 2021!!!! We hope you have all had a lovely Christmas break with friends and family and enjoyed some down time to rest, recover, reflect on all the things you can take away from 2020 and the things that can definitely stay there!
We cannot wait to see you all again soon and hear what your health and fitness goals for 2021 are so we can get busy supporting you towards them!
Personal Training resumes from Monday 4th January, Les is heavily booked so please contact us if you want to train with him in the new year.
We are running a 4 week block of group fitness classes starting on Monday 4 Jan to keep you moving and motivated in that weird period between Christmas and New Years and school going back so if you need a bit of a kick start physically and mentally – we have you covered!
