New group exercise class : MUMS N BUBS starts next week!!!!!!
Where : Davistown progress hall
When : Friday 31st Jan 1pm – 2pm
Cost : $15 for casual visit or $132 for 11 week term.
What is it: Fun, friendly place for mums to get fit, healthy and social. Babies can watch you get strong and healthy from their prams/ bouncers, play mats etc or join you in some exercises. An easy going environment where we understand if you need to stop to feed, cuddle, comfort or play.
