Why is outdoor training good for you???
Training outside is good for your body and your mind.
Training on the sand puts less pressure on your joints and at the same time provides extra resistance making you work harder and burn more calories.
It keeps you motivated and focused by breaking the monotony of being indoors all the time – whether at work, home or the gym.
Fresh air, sun, water, a sun rise or sun set – natural beauty helps reduce stress and improve overall sense of well being.

Outdoor training with Landete Health
Landete Health is running fun,challenging and rewarding outdoor fitness/bootcamp sessions from September 2014. Trainers Les and Scott will put you through your paces and push you to new limits you did not know you had. You will experience a wide variety of fitness training methods utilising all sorts of equipment including tires, kettle bells, sand bags, battle ropes and body weight drills.

We have added Mums and Bubs sessions to our timetable this year to help educate new mums on how to get back into exercise slowly and safely. Under the careful guidance of Les and Kate you will motivated and supported every step of the way. Les has over 7 years experience as a fitness professional, is certified in pre and post natal fitness, has run very successful post natal fitness programs for the last 2 years and has 2 beautiful children of his own.

  • 1 session per week          – $15    ($120)
  • 2 sessions per week        – $25    ($200)
  • 3 sessions per week        – $30    ($240)
  • OPTION 1 – Pay up front for 8 week block                                                                                       
  • OPTION 2 – Pay weekly via Ezi debit for 8 weeks (incurs one off admin fee of $15)
