Try this out :
1x round 1 km walk/ jog for warm up
Rest 1 min
2x 800 meter runs – med pace ( jog )
Rest 1 min in between each
3 x 400 sprint – fast pace you can manage
Rest 1 min in between
Here’s the clincher
50x squat 50 x lunges x 50 squat jumps !!
Done !!
